So guess what I am doing today? Going through my clothes and getting rid of stuff I don't or can't wear! :D It will be such a good feeling to not have so much stuff. :D I love down sizing. I'm sooo ready for spring to be here because I love going for walks and being outside.

It's sunny here but Alex said it's really cooold!

So get this.. The bedding I wanted for Elijah is no longer available. But that's ok because I decided to do something cool like cars instead. Something that he will be able to grow into and love when he is older. Animals are more for babies. At least cars is something most every boy loves. And when he brings his friends over when he is older he won't feel embarassed. He will have cool stuff. :D

Well I'm off to do a sink full of dishes. Elijah is still feeling better and hasn't thrown up since yesterday morning. :D YAY!!!!

What a night! My poor son threw up like 7-8 times this morning. I was on the couch and Alex was like Jeanna come help! So I ran up and Alex said Elijah threw up all over his bed. Good thing I always have clean sheets on hand just in case. It was so sad seeing him throw up! Alex let me get some sleep and stayed up with him and after I went to bed he threw up 5 more times. I just don't know what it could be. This is the first time he's really done that. He's still sleeping and we are just going to take it easy today. I feel so bad for him.

I can't believe all this snow. I mean I know we are in MI and all but I have not seen the ground since like before we went to MO for Thanksgiving! We have had literally feet of snow in all. And now it is snowing again so much that Alex will probably have to shovel the drive just to get out for work.

So the Superbowl is coming soon and I'm excited! The Pittsburgh Steelers against the Arizona Cardinals. I was hoping the Ravens would beat the Steelers but they lost. :( Oh well all in all I just want the Cardinals to win the Superbowl.

Everyone in our house is doing well! :) Not a whole lot else going on!

This is what Elijah's bedding looks like.



This is the bedding we love to go with it for when he is bigger. The crib set he has now will go to our future baby when the time comes (works for a boy or girl)... I want their bedding to match as I am pretty sure they will be sharing a room. Plus I really love this theme. It makes me happy. Elijah also loves animals... They had lots of other Safari bedding but we liked the bolder colors better. Plus I love the red mixed in there.



Anyways... I just wanted to share this with you. I am sad however that it is out of stock at the moment but we will have to keep our eyes open on it. The thing is we want to get it now because bedding is hard to find at times. So if you like something you better go for it or else you may never see it again. Kind of like Elijah's bedding now. I don't see it anywhere and I have had someone even ask me where I bought his because they want a set but can't find one. Well I got his set at Target and the toddler bedding is also from Target.

Elijah is doing SOOO well!!! :D He is sooo smart and is doing well in "school. " I write down words on note cards and say them out loud. I also make noises or point to what the word is.

Like today for mouth, he put something in his mouth...
Sheep: He went and said baaa baaa and found his sheep
Bye-Bye-: He waved bye-bye
Foot: He bends down and grabs his foot.
Hands up: He lifts his hands up!

I should also add that he smelled his fake flower and said "flower smell" it was sooo cute! He knows the concept of smell and so when you say smell he sniffs. :)

You can tell he studies the words and tries to read them. We will be working on words everyday so he will pick of fast and be an early reader. :) Kids pick thing up really fast and are soooo much smarter then people what people give them credit for...
